The codes where provided after checkout. You can also call the office (325-450-1930) during normal business hours.  You are given a generic code upon checkout.  At the end of the month you will be given a unique code by email.

You can log in here.  If you can’t remember your password, click the Lost Password link on the login screen.  If all else fails, call the office at 325-450-1930 during normal business hours.

Go to the My Account page. Changes to your account can be made there.

If you have a yellow lock on your unit its because you have a payment past due. If you feel this is in error, please call the office at 325-450-1930.  Late payments can NOT be made by personal check.

Eagle Storage has 48 hours to unlock your unit. All forms of payment must clear the bank before the unit is unlocked. If your payment was on a weekend, it will be at least Monday before it is unlocked. To have unrestricted instant access to your unit you MUST PAY ON TIME.

Yes,  you can still pay with cash, check or money order. We ask that you place it in an envelope and address it with your name and unit number and place it in the DROP BOX located at 8542 Grape Creek Rd, our North facility, or you can take it to the office at 8352 Evergreen Lane, during normal business hours.

Check to make sure you have entered the correct code for your unit at the gate. If you have entered the wrong code several times, please wait a full minute before trying again. You can call the office during normal business hours to get a code emailed to you. If  freezing weather occurs the gate can freeze up, will just have to wait for mother nature to run her course.
